Return Policy

This text is provided as an example and should be adapted in accordance with the legislation of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

1. Return Period: A return request may be made within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
2. Return Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Products: Hygiene-related items, personalized products, and used items cannot be returned.
4. Return Process: Once the request is approved, the product should be sent to the address provided to the customer.
5. Refund: After the product is inspected, the refund is processed within 7 business days.
6. Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless stated otherwise by a promotional offer).
